Oba Adebiyi Adegboyaga Adesida
The Deji of Akure kingdom, Oba Adebiyi Adesida has died of an undisclosed illness in Akure the Ondo State capital.It is learnt that Gov Mimiko of Ondo state assembled the best Doctors to try to save his life but the gave up the ghost around 2:30am in the Palace.
A family source revealed that Oba Adesida last attended a public function in Lagos where he celebrated the marriage ceremony of his son, Adetunji Oluwagbemiga two weekends ago.
The monarch who was born into the Ojijigogun ruling house ascended the throne on August 12, 2010 after he was recalled from London shortly after the former Deji was dethroned for abusing his wife.
